Our room is very spacious and clean with modern and comfortable decor, high quality bathroom amenities. Compliment minibar is a nice surprise. The front office staff, a young handsome man, was very friendly and helpful, my roommate had the late flight the next day so she requested to check out late at 2PM and he quickly arranged it for us after checking the room availability. Dinner here was our good decision, they had various options for both Western and Indian foods and drinks. We did enjoy very much both our dinner and breakfast buffet here. We did rent a car to airport from hotel in the next day, and this was a good experience, too. Big good car with compliment water in car and the hotel car had private lane in airport arrival gate so no need to queue like other taxis.

Helpful staff especially Priya and her amazing team. I guess she is the one who looks after housekeeping and all at the second floor. She communicates very well, immediately attends to queries and concerns, she gives timely advice to her staff and she's warm,. friendly, professional and accommodating. She and her team are like family who make sure your stay is comfortable. Sanjeev and his team (Concierge) accommodated my every query exceptionally well. I was able to tour and visit historical, beautiful and wonderful places, comfortably safe through their assistance. Amit and Sohan who were my driver and tour guide gave me the best local experience, they're warm, hospitable, professional,insightful and friendly.

The room size was good. Breakfast that was prepared for us for our onward travel was decent as well. The dinner the night before we had was on the pricier side. But that was expected as it is a 5 star property. The restaurant staff accomodated our request for bespoke items not on the menu. We really appreciated that. Overall the food was wholesome for the prices charged and really tasty. The staff was very polite and courteous. Location was execellent as it's just a 10-15 min drive from the airport. Highly receommended.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable and comfortable. Their hospitality was exceptional, with every query and concern being addressed promptly and efficiently. I would like to give special mention to Megha and Bulbul for their outstanding service. Additionally, there was an intern whose name I unfortunately can't recall, but his dedication to ensuring impeccable hospitality was truly commendable. No effort was spared to make my experience enjoyable.

Room was very nice with a great view of the runway! The breakfast area was very busy but there was always someone to help me if I needed anything! The breakfast spread was excellent! The gym also was well equipped with 4 treadmills and a decent amount of training equipment. Staff was very efficient and warm. Overall, a great experience!
